| Take your time and visit Skåbu - the highest situated district settlement in Norway - 870 m.o.s! In the center of Skåbu you will find a foodstore with postoffice, a petrolstation, a hairdresser and an antique shop. Skåbu church is also well worth a visit, most of all famous for its woodcarving. place at Krogenæs furniture factory. At this place you will find a tourist
information ( open during summer) and an exhibition of furniture, local art
